Flare Pte Ltd typically ships all custom beauty products within 3-5 days from the time the order is placed.
Once we are notified of your order, our crew will prepare the products requested and make sure that they are in good condition.
The products are then carefully boxed and shipped via TNT or Singpost directly to your home or office.
Each shipment is fully insured and a tracking number will be emailed once the package is shipped.
The products are shipped from Flare Wellness require signature confirmation to ensure the safe delivery of your purchases so please plan accordingly.
Enjoy! Please be sure to retain your order number as this is required for future discrepencies. We also recommend you save the original packaging in case of a return.
While Flare Pte Ltd strives to maintain it’s 3-14 day average time-to-ship we make no guarantees and will accept no liability nor honor any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than average time-to-ship. (Time-to-ship refers to the time period between the order placement and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport.)
Flare Pte Ltd will ship to any physical address in Singapore, Asia, Middle East, U.S.A, Australia, New Zealand and Europe. Flare Pte Ltd will not ship to P.O. Boxes. Each package requires signature confirmation therefore timely delivery requires that the customer make themselves available for its reception.
Every package shipped from Flare Pte Ltd is ensured up to the full purchase price. It is Flare Pte Ltd’s responsibility to pursue any claim with the carrier. Please note that this is only applicable to the original shipment from Flare Pte Ltd to the customer and not for subsequent shipments for returns or repair.
Flare Pte Ltd’s preferred carrier is TNT and Singpost and all shipping will be competed through them unless otherwise specified. Flare Pte Ltd shipping prices may vary with those of their carrier. Flare Pte Ltd guarantees that the shipping cost will be accurately displayed for each purchase at the time of purchase from Flare Wellness.com
All build and ship times are counted in business days only and correspond with those of TNT our preferred carrier. Flare Pte Ltd honors all holidays honored by our preferred carrier and follows a M-F work week.
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a period of 14 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
